An analysis of gaming between mining enterprises and government in developing circular economy

The government spares no effort in promoting the circular economy development, with the result that developing circular economy becomes the strategic choice of mining enterprises to achieve the goal of sustainable development. With game theory, the paper analyzes the development of circular economy inside mining enterprises, among mining enterprises, and between mining enterprises and government, finding that mining enterprises must enter the "Nash equilibrium" state through effective government management by supervision.
