The significance and practices of compensated and competition transfer of mining rights under new circumstances

Compensated and competition transfer of mining rights can strengthen the rational allocation of mineral resources, improve the safeguard capability of mineral resources and promote mineral economic into rapid and healthy development. This paper firstly summarized the current mineral resource situations for China, and then the five-point significance and nine-point practices of compensated and competition transfer of mining rights were analyzed for promoting the mining rights transfer work.
