Research of log interpretation and quantitative value method in fractured reservoir

Fengcheng reservoir in Xinjiang oilfield is a dual-medium reservoir. Because of the absence of imaging log, the distributing of fracture hasn’t been known. Based on the analysis of dual lateral resistivity log, acoustic log and other conventional log data, The position of fracture was identified by fractal analysis and quantitative properties were calculated. The compared of core and production confirm that the method is scientific and accurate.
