RELIABLITY ANALYSIS OF SHEAR STRENGTH PARAMETERS FOR ENGINEERING ROCK MASS

Based on the method of reliability analysis,the laboratory test data of shear strength for engineerin rock mass from dam area of Xiluodu hydroelectrically power are analyzed,and the shear strength of 5 different rock masses is calculated and determined.As a comparing,the results from reliability method are compared with traditional analysis methods.The researcher result signify that the reliability method i rational and effective.
