Strengthening management of resources and promoting safety in coal mine production processes

This paper, based on analyses of the actual safety situation in coal mines, summarizes the instances of coal resource exploitation in our country.In addition, it deals with the issues of over-supply, exploitation and the "spoliation" that have occurred at some small mines. It analyzes thoroughly the reasons why accidents are caused in coal mines and proposes management measures concerning assetization.
