RESEARCHES ON THE FLOATATION OF LOW OXIDIZED ZINC ORE

The flotation of nubby and deeply oxidized zinc ores have been studied by means of sulfidization-amine collector flotation,and based on the condition tests of grinding,dosage of Na₂S,(NaPO₃)₆ and octadecylamine,the proper dosage of agents were obtained.Test in laboratory and plant has been indicated that it can be got an effective separation by means of sulfidization-amine collector floatation to low grade nubby oxidized zinc ores,and concentrate grade came to 39.66% with recovery of 85.59% at the condition of a grade of 5.5% with zinc.
