Analysis of the United States offshore oil and gas resources management

As the increasing significantly of development intensity of the onshore oil and gas resources, oil and gas exploration and development of many countries have shift gradually from the onshore to offshore which are key. The United States manages the oil and gas in federal land and the seas according to dozens of laws, which is referential for our country. The authors analyze the permit application and supervision of the oil and gas exploration and development in the United States, combine the its advanced ideas and experiences. At last, the authors provide the suggestions which are appropriate for our country, and support strongly management work about offshore oil and gas resources.
