Thinking about “going out” for mining enterprises

Our country put forward "going out" strategy has been more than ten years, the mining enterprises met a lot challenge in the process of "going out". In the new era, "going out" of the mining enterprises is uncertain, and more risk. The author briefly introduces the basic demand of due diligence in the fields and the issues which should attach attention to investing resource projects and merging & acquisition "going out" operation of the enterprise along "one belt & one road". Based on that, the author analyses the factors which the enterprises should pay attention to "going out" and how to prevent the risks of operation, and which thinks about that the mining enterprises should act in a planned way, screen by haven targets and implement in a preparation. Therefore, the mining enterprises should be effectively prevented by legal govern system. The international operation need to guiding by right strategy.
