The status analysis of energy legal system in China

The energy legal system is a sound and perfect symbol of a country's energy law and its system, and it also impact on a country's energy security and supply problems directly. The energy legal system of our country has many imperfections. This paper is based on the status analysis of China's energy legal system, and put forward the related suggestion that improve the energy legal system of our country.
