Study on green mine construction standard and its check and evaluation index

Green mine construction is a revolution for mine construction, the only way to promote the upgrade of mining economy. In terms of the requirements to reach in the course of green mine construction, the authors instituted “32-word” standard:“mine legally, utilize effectively, exploit scientifically, performance cleanly, supervise normatively, performance safely, be harmonious inside and outside, rebuild environment”; or eight appraisal criteria:“ legal mining of the mines; a high efficiency utilization of resources; mining mode modernization; a clean performance in mining; mine supervision standardization; standardization of performance security; a harmonious inside and outside connection; ecological environment in mining districts”. In comparison with the above requirements, the authors set up a check and evaluation system for green mine construction, put forward the detailed execution proposals on how to establish a green mine.
