Introduction of an active manometry method and its application

Coal seam gas pressure is an extremely important parameter to predict coal and gas outburst,traditional coal seam gas pressure measurement method exist the problem of long manometry time and poor sealing quality,which lead to the gas pressure measured below the real coal seam gas pressure.As a result,the paper introduces an active manometry method,in which can not only measure coal gas pressure quickly but also to detect the sealing quality is good or not,therefore the coal gas pressure is measured more accurately and scientific,then it can not only save time,but also to provide a theoretical basis for coal mine to formulate outburst prevention measures.at last,using the method to measure the M73 coal seam gas pressure of Ruifeng coal mine,the measurement result confirmed the advantage of the manometry method.
