Study on the elements of China's mining market

In order to meetChina’s rapid economic development of the demand for mineral resources, we need to cultivate a standard mining market, which can promote the exploration of mineral resources development and utilization. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation ofChina’s mining rights market, and then analyzes deeply the problems of the mining rights market from three elements, namely mining people, mining rights, and intermediaries. Finally, the authors present suggestions in cultivating qualified mining market players, regulating the mining market objects, optimizing mining market intermediaries.
