Exploring changes in the global mining pattern from the Canadian mining history

Canada is an important mining country in the world and it is also an important supplier in the global mining pattern.In this paper,the author dissected 140 years of Canadian mining history,and analyzed the index of mining production、the output value of the mining industry、the main minerals production and other indicators,then divided Canadian mining history into five periods:slow development period,rapid development period,gold development period,fluctuant development period,transformative development period.We could explore the changes in the global mining pattern through the development of the Canadian mining history and the changes of the export market.The world mineral resources consumption center transfers in the order of the old industrialized countries-the newly industrialized countries- the typical developing countries.The mineral-rich countries are mineral resources supply markets in the world.
