An Experimental Study on the iron recovery from the Refractory Zinc Oxide Ores

According to the characteristics of the refractory Zinc oxide ores with complex size composition and dissemination size and high slime-content,after comparing schemes of the flotation,magnetic separation and roasting-magnetic separation,The experimental results indicated that to adopt this method of roasting-magnetic separation for the refractory Zinc oxide ores,the preferable index that concentrate grade of iron is 60.95% and recovery rate of iron is 80.55% respectively was obtained.
