RESEARCH OF SOLIDIFYING THE TAILINGS CONTAINING CALY

While the mine operates with caving method,it will occupy and destroy two pieces of lands.One area is used to build tailings pile for piling up tailings;The other is used for the falling and collapsing of gob.Solidifying tailings to fill collapse area can reduce environment pollution and ground destruction.It is a research achievement of benefiting human being.For the safety of mining underground,the tailings piled up in collapse area must be solidified.Because there are plenty of dusty particles and clay mineral in tailings,it is a main technical problem to solidify and dewater the tailings.The new solidifying material has been discovered successfully for the solidifying the tailings containing clay.This has gotten a mew breakthrough in solidifying tailings,so the technical problems of dewatering tailings,the mixing of solidifying agent,the solidifying of tailings and so on are solved.
