Innovation strategy towards future for intensive utilization of mineral resources

The author divides the mining activities since the PRC found into three stages (i.e.vigorous exploitation of mineral resources,recovery improvement of mineral resources and eco-efficient utilization of mineral resources) with their different features,lists examples to prove that the intensive utilization of mineral resources guaranteed by management innovation and supported by technology innovation under the new situation,and finally gives advices on efforts should be focused.
