PRESENT SITUATION, PROBLEMS AND DIRECTIONS OF STUDYING ON ORE-DRAWING THEORY

It is the present situation that the general recovery of ores is low, the dilution and loss of ore is relatively higher about 10 percent in many mines using caving method in China than of advaced mines overseas. In this paper the author analyzed present situation and problems of studying on ore-drawing theory, pointed out that ore-drawing theory have limited guiding effects on drawing ores in reality, because to measure flowing parameters of caved ore-rock materials is very difficult as well as ways and means to get those parameters are also lack in-situ, and put forward that ore-drawing theory should take it as the main purpose to lower dilution and losing of ores effectively, need not be punctilious in theoretical verification. Moreover, the author analyzed ths studying directions of ore-drawing theory.
