Definition and advice for the strategic mineral resources of strategic emerging industries

Compare with the traditional industries,strategic emerging industries have emphasized energy conservation,environmental protection,comprehensive utilization and resources recycling.These properties make strategic emerging industries attracted more and more attention of the government in the modern times,as excess capacity,environmental and resource restriction.With "Twenty-Five" strategic emerging industries planning was published,the status of the industries is higher than ever before.However,he range of the related strategic mineral resources has not been clearly defined in our country.This paper names these resources as the strategic mineral resources of strategic emerging industries and does statics of materials both at home and aboard.Finally,the paper defines the range of these resources and classify the importance of these resources based the frequency of mineral resources showed in the materials.The paper also put forward some related suggestions.
