Disscuss on an innovation way for development of mining cities

Centered on sustainable development, this paper discusses the reform and development of mining cities in China, analyzes the main problems, and probes into both theory and practice for sustainable development of mining cities by putting forward Dominant Industries Theory and the goal and mission for development of mining cities.
