Cooperative game analysis on dynamic entry mode choice of coal enterprises

Abstract
Based on questionnaire, this article adopts cooperative game model to analyze dynamic choice of coal enterprises' inter-regional entry modes. Results indicate that coordinate costs, dynamic comparison of resources superiority between coal enterprises and west cooperators, devoted human and equipment asset specificity of coal enterprises influence dynamic entry mode choices. When ease and middle coal enterprises provide stronger asset exclusiveness than that of west region, coordinate costs dominant stock equity alteration of joint venture. It suggests that coal enterprises' enhancing their core resources and attaching importance to cultural differences is crucial for strengthening entry mode bargaining power.
