Study on the green mining development in ecological fragile region: taking Xinjiang Kezhou as an example

Ecological fragile region is the overlapping area that the ecological problem serious, the economy relatively backward and the people living in poverty, where is need to break through to develop green mining.Taking Kezhou in Xinjiang as an example, this paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of mining development by SWOT model, on this basis puts forward the green mining development strategies in Kezhou, and then puts forward the green mining development suggestions in ecological fragile areas such as to intensify policy support, strengthen technical capacity, boost regional tackling poverty.
