Study on the oversea mineral resources exploration and utilization in China

With the rapid economic growth and the speeding up of the industrialization,the requirement for mineral resources is sharply increasing in recent years in China,and the contradiction between mineral resources supply and need becomes more and more serious.The overseas mineral resources exploration and utilization is very important to the rapid growth of economy in China.This paper analyzes the necessity of overseas mineral resources exploration and utilization from four aspects of the distribution characteristics of the world's mineral resources,the influence of economic globalization on China's "going overseas" strategy,mineral resources inadequency and"going overseas"facing great opportunities in China.Based on the analysis of the status and existing problems of the overseas mineral resources exploration and utilization from several aspects,some constructive suggestions for Chinese overseas mineral resources exploration and utilization are proposed form five aspects of the establishment and improvement of the support policy and macro-management system,establish global mineral resources strategy,collect research other countries mineral resources informationand,investment and management strategy for overseas mineral resources and cultivate mineral groups.
