The perfection of the system of ecological compensation of mineral resource exploitation in China

This paper introduced the system construction and the treatment status of ecological environment construction of mineral resources development,and discussed the problems in ecological compensation of mineral resource exploitation from the management system,legal protection,taxes compensation,margin,and the implementation standards.we should make the objectives and positioning of ecological Compensation of Mineral Resource Exploitation clearly,and take improving the legal system as the basis,establish and improve the basic system of "three system,a mechanism,a fund".
