Study of carriers choosing and continue cultivating of bacteria

The tests of carriers choosing have been finished. The chosen carrier was used for bacteria fixing and cultivating. The results of experiments were satisfied. In addition, the effects of temperature to the rate of bacteria oxidizing Fe²⁺ in solution have been studied. The results show that the activity of bacteria is affected by temperature of solution, the most suitable temperature of bacteria culturing is about 30℃.
