The research on the application of smooth blasting in fast excavation

Smooth blasting is an advanced technique which makes the new wall flat and undamaged and important to the fast excavation in rock tunnel, which affects the quality and driving speed of tunnel. This paper is about on the main principle of smooth blasting and the calculation of blasting parameters. And contacting the field test at Xinsan coal mine, we proposed the construction process, which provided the reference to fast excavation.
