    ON ATTENUATING CHARACTERISTIC OF BLASTING SEISMIC WAVES IN PROPAGATING PROCESS

    • With the spread distance increasing,the energy of blast earthquake wave will decrease.The media in which it spread mainly decides this process.Take layered rock for example,the essay theoretically explains the reason that earthquake wave reduced along the creation and inclining direction.Contrast anslysis of blast vibration in opencast shows,under the same blast distance,the earthquake wave in creating direction will attenuate more quickly than that in inclining direction.Even the same blast hole,the velocity paralleling to creating direction is 1.5 to 2 times than that when vertical to creating direction.
