DEVELOPING AND UTILIZING OF THE DOLOMITE

Dolomite is a common mineral, its reserves are abundant in our country. This paper shows, dolomite can be used as building materials; and in modern industries it can be used for extraction of basic magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulphate, magnesium hydroxide and metallic magnesium as well; as fluxes for steel-making and raw materials for refractories;for production of functional filling,as modified;and can be applied in agriculture, euvironmental protection, energy saving, medicine and sanitatcan. There are vast vistas for devloping, utilizing and deeply processing of the dolomite.
