MODE OF ESTABLISHING CHINESE MINING ENTERPRISES GROUPS AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE——Ways and forms to optimize the organization of Chinese mining enterprises

Establishment of mining enterprises groups is the most important way and form of optimizing the organization of Chinese mining enterprises.The paper analyses the development trend of enterprise's organizational structure,the feature of new organizational form of mining enterprises and the target mode feature of organizational.structure of reasonable scale enterprises groups under the influence of market demand.Based on these analyses,the paper probes the mode of establishing mining enterprises groups and the way of optiminzing the organizational structure of these groups.
