ANALYSIS ON THE PREVENTION & CONTROL OF SANDY DESERTIFICATION AND PROTECTION OF MINERAL RESOURCES IN MINE FIELDS

Based on the analyze of the present situation of many mine fields are deserted and the impact of sandy desertification,such as many mineral resources are buried,mineral resources exploration and development,mine fields transportation and people's life and production are effected.This paper point out that the natural and man-made factors are the main reasons for sandy desertification,and then brings forward six principles and some countermeasures for preventing and controlling sandy desertification and protecting mineral resources,such as biological measures and engineering measures.
