Study on optimization of financial ecological environment of four coal cities in the east of Heilongjiang province: from coal electrochemical base construction perspectives

Based on the analysis of the influence of financial ecological environment on the regional economy,combined with the problems existing in the construction of the coal electrochemical bases in the four coal cities(Jixi city,Hegang city,Shuangyashan city,Qitaihe city)in the east of Heilongjiang province,this paper analyzes the financial ecological environment of the four coal cities,then points out the problems existing in it,and it puts forward some countermeasures with which the four coal cities can optimize their financial ecological environment and further ensures the construction of the coal electrochemical base in these cities.
