    Practice and application on newly dust control technology with foam in fully mechanized workface of Guandi mine

    • Aiming at the shortcomings of the dust management technology in the heading face of Guandi Mine, the author made a industrial experiment in 22608 airendway basing on the mechanism of foam dust, this system takes advantage of the existing high-pressure water and compressed air flow in underground as the driving force. And by adding a device to add a foaming agent, it generates high-performance foam by foaming machines, and the effect of dust suppression is very significant. Test results show that dust suppression efficiency of dust and respirable dust is 82.13% and 84.82% when use the foam dust suppression,which is respectively 2.18 times and 2.2 times than that of water spary. Application on foam dust suppression promotes the operation environment, reducing the dust concentration,increasing the working performance,this technique has a wide and strong applicability in mine.
