Strategies study of mineral resources supporting sustainable and stable economic development

Based on the analysis of serious situation in exploitation and management of mineral resources, the countermeasures are proposed to improve support capacity of mineral resources for economic development. That is perfecting the strategic mineral resources reserve system, promoting mineral resources tax system reform, establishing ecological recovery mechanisms during the exploitation of mineral resources and speeding up the revision of Mineral Resources Law.
