POSITION OF RESOURCES INDUSTRY AND ITS RELATION WITH HI TECH INDUSTRY

The conception of “resources industry”is introduced to contrast with hi tech industry in this paper.The resources industry is such a traditional industry in which the possession and the allocation of the natural resources are principle and the resources make a great contribution in the economic return.Facing the superiority of hi tech industriy,the following points must be taken highly in order to promote the sustainable developement of the resources industy:i) the position of resources industry must be known clearly ;ii) keeping and raising competition of the resources industry;iii) technical improvement and hi tech application are practiced as possible as rapidly;iv) the hi tech potentiality should be tapped;v) lifting the management level in resources industry.
