    Optimization of process element in sublevel drilling and bench open stopping method

    • According to the development way of the sublevel drilling and bench open stopping method,ore blocks structure parameters and the arrangement form of mining preparation engineering were optimized.The high sublevel and long span ore blocks structure parameters were used to improve index of loss and poorness and reduce the mining preparation time.The technology of intermittent charge trenching blasting was used to improve the charging structure and accelerate cutting progress.Fractionated concentrated burst pressure angle mining technology was used to improve the strength of mine and shorten maximum exposure time of roof area,which ensured stability of recovery stope.The practice results showed that stope production capacity increased 3-fold and mining costs reduced by 30%for enterprises productivity and technological progress a good foundation.The optimization study had a good reference value to the development of sublevel drilling and bench open stopping method and the application of similar mining.
