STUDY ON MAKING RUBBER FILLER FROM THE PULVERIZED FLY ASH

The essay of a modified rubber filler on rubber was investigated.This filler was obtained by modifying the surfaced pulverized fly ash using coupling agent of organic titanate.The filler's strengthening effect on rubber was measured.The results medicate that the modified pulverized fly ash filler's reinforcing action was sterngthened.It can be used in place of Calcium carbonate or Magnesium Carbonate or pottery clay.and partially of Carbon black.so as to reduced the use level of carbon black and the cost of rubber.
