THE AFFECTING FACTORS ANALYSIS OF THE SAFETY OF MINERAL RESOURCES

This paper is based on exploitation and use ness of source, the factors of geological, technical and social, and so on, which effect the safety of mineral sources, are analyzed. The countermeasures are brought up respectively from the factors, such as safety evaluation, government controlling, manners of corporation’s exploitation, application and management of technical and economical benefit.
