THE MEASURE THEORY OF DISCONTINUITIES SPACING AND TRACE LENGTH

In the paper, the measure method and theory of discontinuities spacing and trace length are introduced. By reviewing the domestic and overseas research achievements in this field the new concept of densityof trace length is presented, which provide theoretical basis and practical guide for accurately measuring the geometric parameters of discontinuities.
