    Analysis of metallogenic system of Yuxia-style Sr ore deposit

    • Yuxia-style Sr ore deposit is the most economic deposit type in the Sr-metallogenic zone in west Chongqing, so what study on its metallogenic system is of great scientific value and economic significance. Under the study on geological information, this paper summarizes metallogenic system in four factors: Sr-source, Sr-transport, Sr-accumulation, Sr-preservation. Marine carbonate-sulfate sediments, hot brine of sedimentary formation, weathering of Sr-bearing rock provide plenty of sources for formation of deposits. Huaying mountain basement fault and geothermal system provide transport channels and heat source. Xishan anticline on the east of it creates the appropriate physiochemical conditions and good emplacement room for metallogenic fluid. The physicochemical properties and preservation conditions determine the poor preservation of deposits.
