An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Top Management Team Content Characteristic and Performance——Based on Industry Charecter of China

This dissertation has designed the models from the perspective of team designed that portrayed the relationship between top management team content characteristic and performance, which based on TMT theory and absorbed the cultural and industrial content at the same time. Then through analysis we discussed how do the content characteristic influence the short-term and long-time performance and found top management team character of energy production industry which differ from other industries.
