With the continuous development of strategic emerging industries,its related strategic mineral resources have attracted more and more attention of the whole world.The developed countries have been divides out their related strategic mineral resources.However,scholars in our countries started late.The concept and range of the related strategic mineral resources have not been clearly defined in our country.The paper defines the concept and range of these resources,discusses the application tendency and the development trends,and gives some suggestion.
