Experimental research on the reasonable flowsheet on some lean hematite processing plant

Based on the study on the properties of the lean hematite,successive separating experiment with two different flowsheets was made.Through the comparison of the separating index,conclusion was made that the flowsheet consisting of stage grinding,classification of coarse and fine size, spiral cute-high intensity magnetic separation-centrifugal separator flowsheet was the rational one in treating the lean hematite.The results show:this processing flowsheet is reasonable in strucrure,reliable and applicable in practice, meanwhile the operation cost is low and a high recovery can be achieved.
