After evaluation of open projects from the key laboratory of geological information and technology

On the basis of the classification of the open projects in the geological information technology key laboratory of the ministry of land resources, this paper analyzed the key assessment point of different open projects.Then the paper design a after evaluation index system for open projects drawing lessons from the United States Government Investment Project Assessment Tool PART (Program Assessing Rating Tool) and determine the weight of each index with the analytic hierarchy process method.At last, the “Geological Survey software testing process management and technical support platform” project is used for testing the after evaluation index system, indicating that the system can be used for the after evaluation of the open projects.
