Sustainable development of human resources of U.S. Geological Survey through strategic partnerships

Human resources management improves sustainable competitive advantage of organizations,but human resource planning is guarantee and condition for efficient human resource management.Base on this manage concept U.S.Geological Survey developed the human resources management system.This paper has summarized the management model of sustainable development of human resources of U.S.Geological Survey through human resources for sustainable development concept,human resource planning for sustainable development and the guarantee and condition of strategic human resources sustainable development.On the basis of above analyses,the paper puts forward following suggestions for the combination of human resources development strategy and organization strategy,increasing the salaries of non-economic and enhancing human resources development.
