Study on the strategic reserve of coal resources in China

Although China’s coal resources are rich, there are many problems such as uneven regional distribution, special coal shortage, the restriction of ecological environment.According to the coal resources in China and the utilization situation, this paper puts forward through the establishment of China’s strategic reserve system of coal resources which combines with products, production capacity, mineral lands, and gives the specific and overall layout, and related policy suggestions.
