Survey analysis and countermeasures about training quality of higher geological education undergraduate students

With the continuous progress of the higher education reform,whether higher education undergraduate students of geology can meet the needs of rapid development of mineral industries has caused the Ministry of Land and Resources concern.This paper is on the basis of the employing units on undergraduate students quality assessment and the current teaching state of the university education,Not only the training quality of undergraduate students was researched and analyzed,but also discussed the causes and solving countermeasures.
