Policy study on the use of clean coal technology in China

The government should adopt some policies to promote the use of clean coal technology in China, and it contributes to optimize energy structure and ease environmental problems. In this paper, we explore the status quo of policy on the use of clean coal technology and major obstacles to the current policy, and then give some proposals to improve this situation. The results indicate that the government should focus on some policy tools, such as tax preference, fiscal subsidies, fund management, R&D and introduction, technology application and promotion mechanism.
