In 2009, China's mining had been in rapid recovery due to the improvement of the Chinese economy. Mineral exploration invest was much more than before, it is the growth rate of the fixed-asset investment of mining that declined, mineral production gradually accelerated, mineral trade picked up obviously and commodity prices rebounded from the bottom. For the China's sustained economic growth, strong demand for resources will continue for a long time, therefore some measures should be taken to improve the level of protection for economic growth, for example, strengthening the exploration and management of mineral resources.
