Effection of the xanthate with different length to the bulk flotation index of polymentallic sulfide in Dachang

The influence of xanthate with different carbon chain in the presence of a few copper sulfate on the bulk flotation of multi metal sulfide ore of Dachang。Results show that the collecting ability is not proportional to the length of carbon chain。The xanthate with nine carbon is the best to float jamesonite and marmatite, and the xanthate with eight carbon is the worse.
