Sustainable development evaluation index system and it's application on building stone mine

Building stone is vital to the construction industry,the establishment of evaluation index is conducive to the sustainable development of building stone mine;based on analysis of effects of building stone mines on economic,social,environmental,resources,safety and other factors,constructs the index system;then calculates and evaluates the degree of Rui'an building stone mines sustainable development;the result of evaluation shows that main factors affecting the layout of building stone mines include:stone resources reserves,mining area,overburden volume,location advantage,mining output per unit area,geological disaster etc.Finally,puts forward three proposals about planning to achieve sustainable development of Rui'an building stone resources:scientifically set binding targets,the expected goal and oriented object.
