ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS CAUSED BY MINE DRAINAGE AND COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF MINE WATER

In this paper, some harmful environmental effects caused by long-time mine drainage, suchas dry water resource, karst subsidence, land settlement and deterioration of water quality are analysed: thecountermeasures to deal with the effects, such as conbination of drainage and water supply and comprehen-sive utilization of mine water are discussed.
